- Is it economical?
Yes, you can’t even get fast food for this price! 12 meals that serve 4-6 for $246.00 breaks down to $3.42/serving!
- What entrees can I select?
You can choose any combination of entrees you would like based on the meal package you selected. Please note that with a 6-meal package you can only double one selection; with a 12-meal package you can double up to two selections; no entrees can be doubled on our 3-meal packages. Occasionally, some entrees are limited to one per meal package.
- Do all of the meals freeze?
Generally, yes. The meals have been freezer tested. Occassionally part of the meal will be "refrigerate only".
- How long does it take to prepare my meals?
Approximately 1-2 hours depending on the size and number of meals you order.
- What form of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and of course, cash. PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer accepting American Express or Discover. We apologize for an inconvenience this may cause.

- What if I am sick on my scheduled day? Do you give refunds?
If you are not feeling well the day of your session, we will be happy to reschedule for you. Please call the store 836-FOOD(3663) as soon as possible. Refunds will not be given as you will have the opportunity to come another time.
- What is your privacy policy?
We do not share you information with anyone! Occassionally you may receive an e-mail from Savory Solutions telling you about great specials or some delicious meals we are offering.
- What is the difference between In-Session and We Make it for You!?
"In Session"-you will come to the store and make the entrees yourself. "We Make it for You!"-you order your entrees and we make them for you. All you have to do is come pick them up at the store.
- Is Savory Solutions inspected by the Health Department?
Yes, and Savory Solutions cares about the health of your family! We exceed all health department and food safety requirements. We provide clean, sanitary conditions for you to prepare your meals. We instruct all our employees and customers on cleanliness and proper sanitizing when participating in our sessions.
- How long do the meals last in the freezer?
Ziploc freezer bags will preserve the quality of the food for 90-120 days.
- What do I need to bring?
Nothing, we’ll provide the disposable pans and Ziploc bags for assembling your meals. When you're done we’ll help you package your meals and carry them out to your car!
- What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing. Come as you are! We do ask if you have shoulder length hair, or longer, to please pull back into a ponytail. We provide the aprons.
- Is there anything I need to do before I come?
The frozen okra in the back of your freezer probably needs to be thrown away! It is a good idea to clean out/re-organize your freezer before you come.
- Can I bring my spouse/friend/child?
Yes, if there is room! Please call the store to confirm there is space avilable for a helper. For your safety, as well as the children’s, we ask that no one under the age of 12 attend a Savory Solutions session.
- Can I split the 4-6 serving size (12 meals) into a 2-3 serving size (24 meals) at the store?
No. We offer the smaller serving size as a convenience for our customers who need a smaller serving size. You are welcome to purchase the larger size (best buy) and split it at home.
